Thinking of making a career change?

Feeling stuck and unsure where to start?

Looking to find work that aligns with your interests, values, and authentic self?

"There is no passion to be found playing small—in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living."

-Nelson Mandela-

"Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It's about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen."

-Brene Brown-

“The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.”

– M. Scott Peck-

Authentic Career Wellness is understanding who you are and having the courage to bring that true self into all aspects of your career. Understanding yourself means getting to know your values, skills, personality, and what makes you unique.  Once you gain this understanding you can bring your true self into all aspects of career development including:

  • Telling your unique career narrative in a resume, cover letter, interview, and networking situation

  • Making career choices and transitions congruent to who you are and what you want

  • Utilizing your unique talents and bringing your true self to the workplace each day

Authentic living increases career satisfaction, emotional wellness, physical wellbeing, and spiritual health.
